Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.

Shipping Time:

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges:

• Prepaid Orders: Shipping charges may vary and will be shown at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Shipping charges must be paid in advance to confirm the order.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID/shipping label to track your parcel in real-time.

Delivery Attempts:

Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel. Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability may lead to cancellation.

Delays:

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Important Note:

Since we deal in thrifted, single-piece items, once an order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
