Refund policy

At Thriftacular, we deal in carefully curated thrifted (pre-owned) items, which are unique and available in single pieces only.

Due to the nature of thrifted products, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

For partial prepaid orders, the shipping fee or 20% advance payment made during checkout is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the parcel or the order gets returned due to non-acceptance.

 

We strongly advise all customers to carefully check the product details before placing an order, including:

• Size & measurements
• Product description
• Condition of the item

All relevant details are clearly mentioned to ensure transparency.

Once an order is placed, it will be considered final and non-cancellable.

In rare cases of wrong item delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, and we will review the issue.
